I was not disappointed at all with the quality of their food. The meat was juicy, and loved how it was served over Turkish bread with onion salad. The dips were perfect, and everything just complimented each other. Definitely want to come back again for more of their food items. Lovely and friendly service. ”

“ Taksim Square Melbourne absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a cosy, inviting atmosphere that blends traditional Turkish charm with a modern touch. We ordered few foods including the Adana kebab, and it was truly outstanding, perfectly spiced, juicy, and grilled just right. The flavour took me straight back to Turkey, but to be honest, even during my time in Istanbul, I didn’t find this level of quality and consistency. The freshly baked bread, dips, and sides complemented the dish beautifully, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and authentic. A big highlight of our visit was the professionalism of the staff. At one point, I accidentally knocked over my drink, and without hesitation, they brought me another one free of charge with a smile. That level of care and customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. Portion sizes were generous, prices were reasonable, and the overall value was excellent. “ We recently dined at Taksim Square with a group of 10 and had mixed impressions of the experience. Five of us opted for the banquet at $75 per person, while two others chose the chicken shish kebab plates. The food itself was excellent—full of flavor and well-prepared. We couldn’t fault it at all. However, there were a couple of points that detracted from the overall experience. For the price we were paying as a group, it felt unreasonable to be charged for additional bread instead of it being complimentary, especially since it pairs so well with many of the dishes. Service was good, but it could have been more attentive to the needs of a large group. For a table of 10, having a water bottle at each end of the table would have been appreciated, rather than having to keep asking for refills, because you’d only get one bottle for the whole table. Overall, Taksim Square delivered on taste, but the small service and value details left room for improvement. ”
